Family-friendly hotel but with quirks

We had a spacious room that looked just like the pictures and was kept clean daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially one cleaner who made sure our phones were charged while we left the room.

It wasn't exactly cheap but that was still acceptable for the experience we had.

Loved the 3 refreshing pools and daily engaging activities. The themed dinners were a fun touch, too! Kids had a blast with mini disco.

We thoroughly enjoyed the varied activities available, especially with our two boys. The kids' park was a hit, and the nightly entertainment was a highlight. The multiple pools provided ample space for everyone to relax while the food was decent with different themes daily.

My kids wished for more English-speaking staff.

It was just a top selection for a brief retreat in Porto Cristo with incredible value for money. The activity staff were lovely and made our stay enjoyable with engaging programs. Bring your own snacks if you can, because the food quality leaves something to be desired.

We had a blast at this place! The triple room was spacious and comfy for us. The kids loved the mini disco every night. Food at the bar was always available, which was great when we were waiting for dinner. Just wish the dining area was quieter at times. it got super crowded. a solid spot!

The outdoor pools provided a relaxing environment with plenty of sun loungers available, making it easy to find a spot to relax throughout the day. The family room featured spacious accommodations with a comfortable air conditioning unit and a balcony equipped with a drying rack for wet swimwear.

Unfortunately, the cleaning standards left something to be desired, with reports of dusty floors upon arrival and minimal tidying during the stay. Dining could also be a bit frustrating due to limited variety and crowded meal times, which sometimes involved long queues and lukewarm dishes that could have benefited from more frequent replenishment. Noise from the main road near the hotel occasionally disrupted the tranquility of the visit, making for a less peaceful atmosphere.

We stayed in a bungalow that felt spacious, with a clean bathroom and a walk-in shower. The pools were really nice, especially the one dedicated to families. The location was convenient for visiting both Porto Cristo and Manacor, with a beautiful beach nearby. the hotel seemed heavily geared towards French guests. Most communication was in French, and the dining experience was quite frustrating. Long queues formed during meal times, and a lot of food trays were empty or not refreshed quickly. The dining area felt crowded, and sometimes the hot dishes were only lukewarm. We even had issues getting drinks in proper glasses unless we paid extra.
